Breaking up is hard. Whether it’s a romantic relationship, job, friendship or habit that’s ending, powerful emotions surge… even when we are the ones who put the kibosh on the situation.
When we’re in the thick of those tumultuous feelings, it can be difficult to remember that we will be just fine after a brief (or perhaps not-so-brief) transition. It can be scary, sad, lonely and exhilarating all at once to find yourself in a new way of life… so don’t be afraid to take some time to process! These moments of vulnerability are some of the golden moments of our lives.
On today’s episode, we chat about how to get through the tough times after breaking up from any situation in which you invested heart, soul, or just a whole heck-of-a-lot of time and energy. We share our experiences in the trenches and how grateful we are, in retrospect, for all the endings we’ve gone through.
Please join us for a little encouragement and a lot of love and support!
