Oh, and the FABULOUS quote Angela couldn’t remember:
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
Such a fantastic reminder that we all deserve everything!

Stella (Bourassa) says
great afternoon to two of the most beautiful (inside and outside) ladies i am so blessed to know!
i absolutely LOVED this podcast-had seen the notices of what it was going to be about. when i heard the word integrity-i stopped-almost wrote on your fb page but needed more time to process what exactly that word means to me-what i think when i hear it. from my opinion (everyone has one right-lol)-my experiences with it-my observations-i believe you both nailed it on the head-and the author of the book nailed it too!!!! I believe Angela opened up w/ ‘it’s a process’-THOSE WERE MY EXACT INITIAL THOUGHTS WHEN I CONSIDERED THAT WORD!!!! i do believe it’s a process-and part of having integrity (for me) is when i’ve landed on my patoot on hard ground-sitting there hurting or wondering what just happened-is the GETTING UP-DUSTING MYSELF OFF AND STILL MOVING FORWARD (hopefully having gained wisdom as well). Toni also brought up ‘wonderment’ in regards to our culture and societal ‘ills’-what has become acceptable-what or who is our enemy/enemies? (which is another fascinating topic based off a wonderful book i often recommend-big smile-sooooooooo many topics!!!!! lol)
As always, just one more wonderful topic to help us all stand tall and straight!!!! yet one more reason to stop the negative, put down, chatter inside of our heads!!!! you both are wonderful souls…………thank you for all you are doing/being to help make this world the beautiful world it is! stella:)
