In this exciting episode of Vagina Chronicles Podcast, we are thrilled to share an incredible opportunity with our listeners who are (or are aspiring to be) professional female artists and writers.
We interviewed the Executive Director, Janice Sands, of a 120 year-old nonprofit that intends to facilitate some pretty incredible opportunities for female artists “until it’s just about the art.”
Pen+Brush is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping female artists and writers have a space to prove that gender does not decide great works.
With the chance to have their work published or displayed in Pen+Brush’s new gallery in New York City, female artists are being offered an even playing field in terms of being judged by the merit of their work not their gender.
Listen in to hear more about how you, or someone you know, can submit work to Pen+Brush.
